Markets to open for Muhurat trade at 3.45 p.m. on Diwali

The National Stock Exchange of India Ltd (NSE) and Bombay Stock Exchange Ltd (BSE) will conduct a 75-minute Muhurat Trading Session on account of Diwali on Tuesday. According to the timings notified by both the exchanges, live trading for capital markets will take place from 3.45 p.m. to 5 p.m. for the Muhurat Trading Session for the Samavat year 2069.


Transactions done during the Muhurat Trading Session will be settled as a separate settlement.


Cash segment:

Live trading will take place between 3.45 p.m. and 5.00 p.m. on both the exchanges.

Futures segment:

3.45 p.m. to 5 p.m. -- Live trading

Currency derivative segment (NSE):

3.30 p.m. to 5 p.m. - Live trading.
